I always go to a company directly first to resolve any issues before resorting to leaving a review. Unfortunately, with this business, it seems the only way to get a response is by writing a poor review.
I placed an order for a variety of chocolate bars (toasted coconut flakes, orange blossom, almond sea salt, and espresso crunch). When they arrived, all had melted and rehardened, leaving them discolored and misshapen. I reached out with photos but heard nothing back for over a week. Only after leaving a negative review did the company contact me.
They offered to reship my order, but instead of sending the variety I purchased, they only shipped one flavor. I then requested a refund, which they agreed to issue within 7–10 business days. It’s now been well over four weeks, and despite my follow-up email two weeks ago, I’ve received neither the refund nor a response. It makes me wonder how many other unhappy customers they’ve done this to but who never checked to confirm whether they actually received their refund.
Between the product quality, lack of communication, and failure to follow through on their promises, I cannot recommend this company.

I like the Orange Blossom flavored bar. Its refreshing and has a milder dark chocolate taste which I seem to like a bit more.

What are the Health Benefits of Dark Chocolate?
We use premium organic ingredients in all the bars to create an unmatched flavor All the Conscious bars are of a minimum of 72% cacao solids. In studies, the consumption of dark chocolate has been shown to lower blood pressure. Dark chocolate is rich in antioxidants (specifically cocoa polyphenols), which can help to combat free radicals, destructive molecules that are implicated in heart disease and other ailments.
Why do we use organic dates to sweeten our bars?
We decided to sweeten our chocolate bars with organic dates not only because of it’s rich and delicious flavor, but also because of its magnificent nutritional value. Dates are stacked with fiber, antioxidants and minerals.
