Refund Policy

PO Boxes

We cannot ship to PO boxes at this time. Please provide us with a physical address in order for us to ship your bars.

Order Cancellations

Once orders have been processed we cannot accept cancellations. Processing can happen anywhere between immediately and up to 48 hours after placing an order. Should you wish to cancel your order please send an email to support@theconsciousbar.co  to inquire about order status.

Address Corrections

Changes of address can only happen before an order has been processed. Processing can happen anywhere between immediately and up to 48 hours after placing an order. If you input your address incorrectly please send an email to support@theconsciousbar.co as soon as possible to inquire about order status.

Shipping

Orders ship within 2-3 days depending on the day the order was placed. We ship our orders Monday through Wednesday to ensure that you receive your order within the 2-3 days time frame hence avoiding the weekend for potential delays.

Missed Deliveries

Once an item has left our warehouse, customers are encouraged to stay up to date with the delivery schedule. Deliveries that are unsuccessful will be taken to the closest USPS location for pickup. It is the responsibility of the customer to retrieve the package at the designated pickup location. TCB is not responsible for packages not retrieved.

Damaged in Transit

For any packages damaged in transit, please get in touch with us as soon as possible at support@theconsciousbar.co. Please take pictures of item damage and include in email along with expiry date (located on the side of individual bars). We will open a trace with the courier immediately. If the bars cannot be consumed, we will process a replacement once the trace is complete.

Lost in Transit

For any packages lost in transit, please get in touch with us as soon as possible at support@theconsciousbar.co. We will open a trace with the courier immediately. We will process a replacement as soon as the courier has completed their trace and deemed the package lost.

Storage Policy

We are very proud to have created a delicious and healthy line of chocolate bars that made out of two superfoods and nothing else. No funny ingredients and no preservatives, natural or chemical. Our bars should be stored in a dry cool place ideally between 68-74 degrees F (it’s ok if it goes a little above but not too much). For maximum freshness we recommend to consume the bars within 90 days or the purchase date. 

Returns and Exchanges

If you encounter any other problem with your bars please contact support@theconsciousbar.co with your order number within 3 days of delivery of order and we will do what we can to make it right.
